The funny thing is that all trims have the same safety assist systems with the exception of the SE trim which lacks blind spot monitoring & rear traffic warning, but the Denim has that visible sensor on the bottom left of the front bumper on top of the grill and the other trims don’t. However, I do notice something behind the grill on my SEL. My best bet is it’s used in lane keeping assist and pedestrian detection because both use a radar sensor.
The sensor behind the rearview mirror is the Lane Keeping Assist (and maybe pedestrian detection, too).

Seems like us SEL guys got what we asked for.
If the denim has a sensor that is different than ours, than that's their problem. We'll let mayo deal with it! :ROFLMAO:
Nothing we can do, since we don't even have the same configuration/placement.

Might as well check for the sensor if I remove the bumper in the future.

Nice video! ❤ those wheels in motion.
Hard to believe they are factory rims.
Props to Hyundai, cause they nailed it!

Cool! I'm going to ask my wife to stand in the middle of the road and see if I get the same result. If you don't hear from me again, you'll know she killed me.
