Front Passenger Seat - Can it be flattened in the forward position?

My last two cars had that option of folding the passenger front seat forward to accommodate gear, bikes (and sleeping). Does the Venue allow for that? I can only get it to fold backwards toward the 2nd row seat which is not as good. Thanks.....
