I have owned my 2020 Hyundai Venue SEL with convenience and premium packages for just over a year. I have just over 9K miles. I really enjoy the car, and feel it can't be beat for the price. The only thing that really bothers me, are the "hard" plastic armrests on the doors. I have looked for some type of aftermarket pad that would fit the armrests with no luck. If you look at the 2020 Hyundai Venue brochure, it actually shows a Venue with padded door armrests. Certainly a minor issue with an otherwise excellent car. Any suggestions?

NOTE TO HYUNDAI ENGINEERING DUDES:
Please make all future door panels like these.
PS…how do you remove all the scratches from the plastic?

Step 1: Order Denim Leatherette Center Console and Door Trims
Step 2: Install Parts
Step 3: Enjoy Resting of Arms

Just kidding. Order some padding blocks. That is gonna be the cheapest way to do it.
Or adjust the seat close to the steering wheel so the elbows can rest on your hips.

My new 2021 Ultimate with denim interior has padded armrests. I was pleasantlysurprised as I had read that the armrests were hard plastic.

Speaking of armrests...
For anyone with a Venue SE (which doesn't have the center arm rest + storage box), I am selling one in the classifieds forum.

Thanks for the picture of the padded armrest. Too bad it is white. If there was a black version I would order it for my black interior!
