Headlamps

Hello everyone, I have a 2022 Venue SEL. When my car is running the light ring around the headlamp housing flickers but when I shut the car off it does not. Has anyone ever has this issue? Is there an easy fix? Thanks in advanced

Should check with dealer in case there is trouble with the alternator.
