Same issue with the screen. 22 Venue. Have to turn car off/on for it to come back on. Turned in for service a month ago since it averages once a month. Told my wife they couldn't duplicate the issue and returned the car without doing anything. This was AFTER I provided them with pictures and videos showing exactly what happens. Did it again last week so have another appointment scheduled on 27 Dec. I'll be a thorn in their side until they fix it or replace the car. It's a lease so I'm stuck with it for another 2 1/2 years. They offered to cancel the lease but I would be out the $4k I put down.

Wow, that sucks! Sorry to hear. I don't have any advice to offer, but you do have my sympathy. Okay, one meagre piece of advice: maybe try a different dealer.

Also, even with a lease, you may be able to get out without a penalty under a "lemon law" provision. But that's just a guess.

Very similar issue here in Australia.
Either rear view camera stays on when driving forward or just blank screen.
Dealer witnessed it in July and replacement head unit has been on back order ever since.
Escalated to Hyundai Australia and they just take no action.

My Infotainment screen has gone completely blank twice since I bought my 2021 Venue Essentials. When it happens the bluetooth still automatically connects and it will play music, but the screen is completely blank, it's not even backlit. The backup camera doesn't appear on the screen either which is REALLY irritating. The only way to resolve it both times was to shut the vehicle off, then turn back on (reboot). The dashboard is not affected at all, all lights still work on the dash, I'm just talking about the infotainment screen.
I Googled this, and I found the same issue is happening to Hyundai Santa Fe owners as well. Some of them say that it only happened a couple times and never happened again, others were able to get the entire head unit replaced under warranty. They recommend getting the fault on video and send it to the dealer (I never thought of that). So next time it happens, I will capture it on video and bring it in.
I am having the same problem with my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. It happens every so often when I am driving the vehicle the screen goes black. I take to the dealer. Sits there for a week or two , or three , or four and they say it is repaired and twice they have ordered and installed a new info screen. Then it happens again and goes black.

Gday from Downunder. My wife has experienced these issues lately. Could you please share if there was an eventual fix??? Thanks Peter
To everyone on the forum, I had all these issues & finally got the screen replaced after 8 months of waiting for parts. Has not happened since so this does seem to be a fix. Good luck waiting & trying to get them to order in parts it’s a shit show!
