When I got my SE back in April, I found a cargo net and a rear seat cupholder accessory in the trunk. They were listed on the sticker. I am using the cargo net but I just never have rear seat passengers. Did Hyundai give everyone the add-on cupholder just so they could advertise the vehicle as having more cupholders, or do they just randomly put accessories in the vehicles?

99% of the time it is just me in the vehicle, and it has probably been ten years since I had any passengers in the back. So today I decided to remove the 3 rear headrests and store them in a pillowcase down with the spare tire. That way they are available should I have a passenger in the back, but I have quite a bit more rear visibility the rest of the time. Anyone else rarely have back seat passengers? Did Hyundai include any accessories that you don't use?

I didn't receive any cargo net or detachable cup holder with my SE, just a luggage cover. But I know what you mean about never having passengers in the back seat. The only one who ever rides in my back seat is my dog, and that's only for highway trips because I have a harness for him back there. Local trips he chills in the front passenger seat. I should probably do the same as you did with the headrests - good idea!

I got a first aid kit, locking wheel lugs and mud flaps with mine. Hopefully I will never use the first aid kit 🙏🏼.
I did the same as you with the rear headrest on my old sonic rs for visibility, but for some reason never have on the venue. Visibility is much better I suppose.✌🏼

I did get the Rear Cup holders with mine (SE) also, no cargo net... I really don't like the cup holders I don't think if anyone used them they would stay in place?
Doesn't it velcro to the carpet? Mine is still sealed in the plastic bag, but I was under the impression that it has a flap on each side with velcro that sticks to the carpeting.

I got the wheel lugs too, for 15" steelies.... As though anyone is going to steal them.

I took them off and put regular lug nuts back on, because there's no sense risking not being able to get a wheel off in the future because I lost the key.

🤣 Makes you wonder who does these orders at the dealership, right?
The bunch that ordered my denim included a first aid kit instead of floor mats. I about lost it at the dealership when he told me. Top trim level and no floor mats? 😳
As far as the lock socket…always keep it in the glove box FTW.

Wow! I just assumed that floor mats came with all Venues, since I got them with my SE!

I got extra'd for Carpeted Floor Mats, Cargo Net, First Aid Kit, and Rear Bumper Applique.

I actually prefer if the carpeted floor mats did not come with the car, because I am always going to get the all-weather mats post purchase.

My Venue came with mud guards, but It did not show on the breakdown for some reason. I'd like to assume I got them for free, but it is always just crunching the numbers to make it seem like people are getting a great deal.

I didn't receive my window sticker, so it took me a while to realize some of the items were add-on accessories and not standard. Lately I noticed I have mud guards too! 🙂

I bought an SE recently and also had a cargo net and rear seat cup holders. Also I rarely have people in the back seat so your idea about removing the headrest is a great idea!!

I got the rear cup holder, cargo net, first aid kit -- I think it was $175 for all that. :) Can't remember exact price; it is a 2021 SEL. I do like the rear cup holder, as I take coffee with me to work most days, so being the lazy slob that I am, I put the previous 2 days cups into the back to store until I clean out the Venue.

Is the rear package cover/shelf standard? I took it out day one, as I sometimes carry a lot of gear in the back and it was in the way. You can store it against the rear seats, but I often lower the rear seats for additional cargo.

LMAO -- who puts wheel locks on steel wheels? I am really surprised the dealership did that. Maybe they expected you to upgrade your rims right away. I run on the 15" steel rims and have no intention of going with alloy wheels.
