My new 2022 Venue Essential in Red/black is ready for pickup. Slight delay due to insurance payout. Lucked out as the colour I wanted was in stock at the dealer though I would have preferred the Preferred trim level with alloy wheels, remote start and heated steering wheel.

I'm going from a much loved Honda Fit and this will be my first Hyundai.

Nice! I've seen a Red One and they look neat.. Are you getting the Essential Model with the CVT or the 6 Speed MT.? I have the latter and very happy with it.

CVT. My foot doesn't coordinate well with a clutch. BTW, I'm Ottawa based.

My Venue is my first Hyundai, too, after decades of being a loyal Toyota man. But Toyota just didn't have a small SUV with a manual transmission, which I really wanted this time round, so I had to jump ship. So far, so good!
