You might want to get those LED rear reflectors/foglights from AliExpress or Ebay.

UNFORTUNATELY, they do not fit the USA model. I tried to fit both sides of the reflector, but it won't work.
The brackets are different due to our blind spot/rear cross traffic sensors, meaning we have more stuff in our rear bumper.
I guess the non-american models do not need those features so therefore different fitment.

> Is the shape the same?
The shape of the led housing is the same.
However, the brackets do not align the factory slots.
In theory, I could remove all of the brackets and just super glue the housing to make it fit.
Looks ghetto and I rather not.

> Is the housing in the way or the bracket in the way of cross traffic sensor?
The LED brackets would not fit the factory bracket slots.
The AliExpress listing states that it is a direct fit.
However, I think they only meant for the Indian/Asian Markets.
I thought of why it would not work on the American Models, and the sensors were my conclusion.
The rear/blindspot sensors are not in the way, but I think Hyundai redid the Reverse Light Fitment to compensate.

> If its only one bracket in the way, just cut off that bracket and just use the other bracket to mount?
I spent like 30 mins. to 1 hour doing fitment and thinking of what to do to make it work.
The depth and length of the brackets just do not match the factory bracket slots.
If one of them actually worked, I probably would have given it a shot.

I'll ship it to you if you like.
It might work on the SE's as well. (not verified)

You know what?!
Now that I finally got permission to mod my car (depreciation won't matter anymore due to the accident), I can finally be free.

What do you guys recommend making this mod work?
I am think about cutting the brackets off using a saw, then glue the housing to the rear bumper itself.

Do you have any suggestions on the glue/adhesive?
Semi-Permanent Glue?
Permanent Glue?
Silicone Glue/Adhesive?

Please advise, because I so wanna do this now!

How about double sided 3M tape or JB Weld?

3m is going to create a space in between the bumper and the LED housing. Probably not the best bet.

I am going to look into the JB Weld. Never heard of it.

3M makes some mighty thin tape. You have the opportunity to remove it if you decide to go back to original. JB Weld is forever.

I am going to start the project next week.

Can I get you guys' opinions?

So the LED reflector light has 3 modes.
(A) reverse light feature
(B) night time running lights feature
(C) brake light feature

I will definitely hook up (A) the reverse light feature and (B) night time running light feature.

Should I plug in the (C) brake light feature?
When I use my brakes, there will practically be lights from 5 sources now. 2 from the regular tail lights, 2 from the LED reflectors and 1 from the middle brake light.
I don't want to piss off people behind me so should I not plug in the (C) brake light feature?
I bet it is going to be annoying during stop-and-go's.

Nice look, might as well hook up all the functions. Can always unhook the brake light later, if you don't like it.
