Hi everyone, I'm closely looking at the Hyundai Venue vs. the Kia Seltos. I haven't had a chance to look at a Seltos yet, although I saw my first Seltos drive by me on the road the other day.

Anyone else in Arizona? Anyone else looking at a Seltos? I'd love to read your thoughts.

Welcome aboard!

I'm a new Venue owner (new to Hyundai). I almost bought a Kia Soul. The Seltos wasn't out yet. They look nice, but I'm glad I have the Venue because it is shorter. I live in the inner city and need a car that fits anywhere! I don't imagine it matters as much in the wide open spaces of Arizona. I love almost everything about the Venue: the handling, the ride, the conveniences, etc. I'm glad I have the manual transmission because it is a lot peppier than the CVT.

That's all reassuring to read. The manual sounds like it might be more fun, but it's just too much of a hassle for me.
