I had a neighbor back into my car and the whole rear bumper needs to be replaced (picture of damage for reference). I am taking it to a body shop but will the proximity sensors and or the backup camera be affected? My backup camera and left proximity sensor weren't affected but didn't know if a new bumper would need the sensors to be callibrated or hooked back up.

If the right side radar is still working and if it was hit the adjustment that may be required are resetting the physical angles, plus be calibrated using the diagnostic tool. Hard to be sure from a pic but comparing your damage to the sensor location shown in the service manual, the radar unit may not have been disturbed but it may be wise to insist that the calibration be properly checked using the Hyundai diagnostic tool anyway. The backup camera will be moved to the new bumper cover and the left radar unit will stay where it is.
