I want to go for this SUV mainly because of its price and mpg. I will be travelling as part of work to other city for 2 hours (not day trip) with this suv.
would this comfortable to drive ? am just 5'8. other than that, i will be using locally to kids pickup and drop. Not a road trip. I have odyssey for that.

I wish this "SUV" had an adaptive cruise control for those super long drives.
It has a normal cruise control with lane keeping assist, but an adaptive one is just a step above.

I live in LA so it doesn't really matter for the short drives. Its size is a savior for those lane switches and inner-city parking situations.
Seats are actually not bad in my denim.
2 hours would be a breeze. You could get something bigger that would ride smoother, but would be giving up the venue’s exceptional gas mileage as a trade off.
Btw it’s only a “SUV” in the marketing dept.👍🏼

something I guess I've never thought of is the size of the driver, and as to whether the seats are comfortable enough for all kinds of driving...I'm 6 foot and weight about 170 lbs. and my 22 Denim Venue has lots of power, and the seats are very good for me, and my Venue came with every option, so I'm very satisfied with everything, so as far as some one who is much bigger than myself or even much shorter, then they'll have to try things like the seating to see if it's going to be what they need...as well the Denim came with the upgraded entertainment system and has a very good sound system and everything a person would enjoy.
The cool thing is the visibility and the short hood. My 5'5“ wife does fine with a thin cushion and keeps the same at my position (6‘0"-no cushion. Remarkably comfort and stable.

the height adjuster does a good job and what I found after several adjustments when I first got the car, I adjusted the back rest to where I liked it with the seat down to the lowest setting which I normally use for highway driving, and I realized that when I took the seat height up to where I liked it for in town driving is that the backrest came to where I like it for in town driving...the height adjuster must bring the back part of the seat up more and thus makes the back rest come to a more up right position.
