I haven't got my Venue yet and something I never thought of when I was at the dealership to ask about tinted windows, so my questions....have any of the windows been tinted from the factory and if not have, have any of you got your windows tinted and which ones if not all and how does it work for the rear window with the heated window...I know some jurisdictions have laws as to how dark the tint can be, and maybe many here might not feel they need to ad tint...the one thing I was thinking of, does the tint help to cut down on the sun fading and destroying the interior because mine will be outside 24/7.

I had my car tinted by Hyundai, but it is not as effective as the tint on my Mazda. The sun coming through the window of the driver side was quite prickly. I went to a window tinting company and I was told, the best tint to cut the heat is the ceramic one. So I paid $240 to have the Hyundai tint on the driver side window replaced with a ceramic tint film and also a windscreen Tint Strip at the front. It makes a big difference now.

I had all my windows except the front windshield tinted at Premier Glass Tinting. My 2022 SEL has no tint at all. On my 2-day trip which ended last night, the tint really did block the sun. I didn’t have to use a cling-on thingy anymore. It only cost me $240. Yeah, you got to have your windows tinted in Arizona.

Did the same thing to my 2022 Santa Cruz and love the results.

Nobody used film for the window? I have two young kids in car seats who are constantly getting the sun in their eyes. I’ve tried two other sun shades for kids the pull down one but the suction cups never stayed stuck to the window and the cling on viser but my son would keep pulling it off the window. So I got this window tint film, it blocks the sun rays extremely well and maintains the car's interior temperature. For the money you can't beat it
