I think on mine, thats the CarPlay port, and the one on the right is the standard charging one.

You may be able to knock out the plug and put a USB charge port behind the panel. Something like this:

Hyundai may be able to get the actual part that belongs there. Can't hurt to ask them.

the Ultimate comes with 2 USB ports beside the 12V plug and you'd think when car companies build their vehicles it would be cheaper just to have one standard wiring harness then having two or more different ones and as well maybe they have different fuse blocks but if you're lucky the wiring for that USB plug is there behind the dash and you can utilize it.
